Berry Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen berries (thawed)
  • 1 1/2 cups muesli (untoasted)
  • 1 1/2 cups yoghurt (reduced-fat)
  • 1 tablespoon flaked almonds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  1. Spoon spoonful of muesli into each glass and top with spoonful of yoghurt and then spoonful of berries.
  2. Repeat filling up the glasses with the remaining muesli, yoghurt and berry mixture until all ingredients are used.
  3. Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
